Shipping policy
Braessential ships orders to the United Kingdom and selected international locations.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- International orders: 7-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email where tracking is available.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Braessential is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
